Every year, the Paris-Saclay ecosystem recognises a selection of start-up—tomorrow’s rising stars—through the Paris-Saclay SPRING event.

Entrepreneurs

Is your start-up representative of the scientific and technological excellence of the Paris-Saclay cluster, with a project whose innovation helps address tomorrow’s challenges?

What is it?

It is a selection that annually recognises 24 of the most innovative and promising start-up from the Paris-Saclay cluster. These 24 start-up will be included in the SPRING 120.

Be among the 120 scientific, technological, and economic players driving deeptech innovations within the ecosystem.

The organisers aim to better showcase and support the quality of these start-up to the media, investors, industry leaders, and, more broadly, the innovation community by providing them with increased visibility both in France and internationally.

Paris-Saclay SPRING delivers tangible, actionable results, with over 5,000 business meetings organised in 2025 and more than €450 million raised by start-up from previous SPRING cohorts.

A 3-minute pitch on the event stage on 2 June 2026

at the Renault Group Technocentre

Access for your team to all activities and sessions of

A dedicated space for your business meetings

A coaching session in communication and pitching

Media coverage and press relations as part of the

annoucement of the winners

Visibility in the Paris-Saclay SPRING booklet

available for download on the event website

A free annual membership to French Tech Paris-Saclay,

providing access to the French Tech Paris-Saclay logo and exclusive networking opportunities

Start-up pitch sessions are organised by theme. After

each session, start-up will be challenged by a jury made up of an industry expert and an investor. A winner will be selected in each category.

We made very promising connections, notably with an industry partner, which led to application testing of our membrane.

Attending the event enabled us to identify a highly effective approach for crafting press releases aimed at securing media coverage.

The event helped confirm an investor’s interest and enabled us to connect with an industry partner whose activities could support our scaling efforts.

A business angel invested €100k in our start-up after discovering us at the event.

We met a start-up with which we signed our first contract.

Applications are open only to start-up originating from or connected to the Paris-Saclay ecosystem:

Based on

Paris-Saclay's geographics territories

Supported by innovations hubs of Paris-Saclay

Working closely with one or more stakeholders in the Paris-Saclay area (notably laboratories)

Student entrepreneurs and/or PhD candidates from a higher education institution or research organisation within the territory

Particular attention will be given

to start-up with projects in the following areas, aligned with the main themes of Paris-Saclay SPRING:

Digital Technologies (software, AI, quantum computing, cybersecurity, blockchain, 5G, AR/VR…)

Industry & Services (technologies, Industry 4.0 services, manufacturing, robotics…)

Health & Biotech (biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, e-health, medtech, wellness, silver economy…)

Greentech & Food (sustainable development, environment, clean energy, decarbonisation, recycling… agritech, agri-food, nutrition, B2C and B2B services…)

Key Dates :

Application closing date: Friday, March 13 at midnight

Selection Committee Decision: Thursday, 9 April

Mandatory group coaching and solo visios : end of April
